Claims management
The CAS TEAM has provided the Claim Management services for many customers involved in construction projects for sectors of industry, power engineering, road and railway infrastructure, and large-scale building.
We collaborate with the contractors and principals in preparation of and responding for the claims. We actively participate in the implementation of the projects and are responsible for such a sensitive issue as the claim management. We do our best to solve problems at the project implementation stage to avoid lawsuits as much as possible.
Our Claim Management services comprise the claims on:
- extension of project implementation deadline, including milestones
- additional costs arising from extension of project implementation period
- additional costs required for project completion earlier than scheduled
- additional costs arising from productivity shortage
- a need to perform additional supplies/ services
- increase on the costs of project implementation due to the changed market conditions
We cooperate with the Customer’s management team on ongoing basis to define the scope of claims to be considered and negotiation strategy and represent the Customers in claim negotiations.
So far, we have participated in about 400 claim proceedings and the expertise we have learnt we use in our Claims Management services.
