💡 We are pleased to announce that the CAS Sp. team z o. o. prepared an independent expert opinion for the consortium of contractors Polimex Mostostal S.A., Polimex Energetyka sp. z o.o. and SBB Energy S.A., which was the basis for concluding an annex and settlement to the Agreement with the Ordering Party for the “Construction of a power unit based on coal fuel in Puławy”.

The research we have been conducting for the fifth year has allowed us to identify trends by means of which we can compare and highlight changes in disputes in the construction industry. In addition to cyclical monitoring of the main parameters of disputes, we focused our attention both on the summary of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and on the current impact war in Ukraine for the implementation of construction projects in Poland.
