Biography
Kamil is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in Construction Engineering with a specialization in Construction Production Engineering. At CAS, he holds the position of Senior Specialist in Scheduling Analysis and Claims.
He gained his professional experience working for a General Contractor, holding positions such as Site Manager, Claims Specialist, and Project Manager on construction investments, primarily in infrastructure projects. As a Project Manager, he was responsible for coordinating and supervising the entire contract execution process, preparing construction schedules, managing budgets, communicating with the investor, ensuring quality control, and resolving issues and conflicts arising during project execution.
Currently, Kamil specializes in preparing analyses to support claim submissions or defense against claims, as well as private expert opinions in scheduling and technical analyses. These analyses assess the impact of events on individual tasks, milestones, and the final completion date of the project.
