Currently, Agata specializes in preparing private expert opinions in the field of scheduling and technical analysis. In her reports, she evaluates the impact of events on individual tasks, milestones, and the overall project completion date. The most commonly used analysis techniques include: Impacted As Planned, As Planned vs As Built. The analyses are conducted in strict accordance with the applicable contractual provisions.
