Modernization and redevelopment of part of the Atrium Promenada shopping center located at Ostrobramska Street in Warsaw – phase 7c. The redeveloped phase 7c facility is functionally integrated with the remaining part of the existing shopping mall. The facility serves a service and retail function, with retail space exceeding 2,000 m², while the net usable area of the redeveloped scope amounts to approximately 60,000 m².
We actively participated in the project execution, assuming responsibility for the critical area of claim management. Our actions were aimed at resolving issues at the implementation stage to minimize the risk of escalating disputes to litigation.
The scope of our work included the preparation of claims regarding:
Extension of Time (EoT) for project completion, including key milestones.
Additional costs associated with the extension of the completion date (prolongation costs).
Additional costs associated with project acceleration.
Furthermore, as part of our ongoing support, we prepared claims for additional works, extraordinary price increases during the investment execution, and other claims entitling the General Contractor to additional payments.
Effective Claim Management – During the execution of the works, approximately 500 requests regarding additional/substitution works and claims were submitted and processed, ensuring the protection of the Client’s interests and financial liquidity.
