Yesterday, CAS Experts participated in the seminar called “Valorization of construction contracts – legal strategies and methodology of preparing claims” which was held in Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (ZDP) administrative office in Warsaw. Maciej Kajrukszto and Michał Lempkowski presented the subject about technical and economical analysis being a necessary element of claiming to change the contract conditions.
