Today in Gdańsk, at the Almond Business & SPA Hotel, another edition of legal-technical seminar, organized with DZP administrative office (Domański Zakrzewski Palinka sp. k.) took place. The topic of the meeting was the valorization of construction contracts – legal strategies and methodology for preparing claims. During this presentation Maciej Kajrukszto discussed the issue of technical and economic analysis as an indispensable element of the claim for amendment of the contract terms.
