We are pleased to once again present you the CAS report on construction costs. This report is the result of an analysis of the costs of implementing large construction projects in Poland in 2016-2021, with particular emphasis on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the period 2020-2021. The analyzes were performed using the data obtained by us during construction projects in which we participated as experts of the parties or as court experts in construction disputes.

At the same time, we would like to invite all interested persons to the webinar, during which our experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Jan Gandziarowski will present the results published in the Report the main observations on changes in costs in construction in 2016-2021, as well as methods of pursuing claims related to the increase in costs occurring in the period from Q4 2020 until now.
