We are glad to inform that Ewa Kukawska and Magdalena Dąbrowska have joined the CAS Team. Ewa and Magda are participating in an internship project called “High Quality Internship, Knowledge-Innovation-Realization, Student’s Start” organised by the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. The project is co-funded by European Union from the funds of the European Social Fund as a part of operational project ‘Knowledge Education Development’ for the years 2014-2020. Ewa and Magda with the help of internship supervisors will gain knowledge of cost management and scheduling. Welcome to CAS!
The objective of CAS is to prevent disputes during various stages of project implementation and to resolve disputes through the specification of claims and defense against those claims.
As Experts, we provide support during negotiations, mediations and cases under litigation before courts and arbitral bodies to minimize their negative effects and maximize profits.
