We are pleased to present the latest edition of the CAS Construction Disputes Report in Poland 2024 – Outlook for 2025. Now in its seventh year, our research continues to analyze key trends, allowing us to observe and compare the evolving landscape of construction disputes in Poland.

💡In addition to recurring questions on disputes, we once again asked for your assessment of the construction market and the main challenges facing the industry as we enter 2025.

The Report includes a detailed summary of the survey results, comparisons to previous years, and expert commentary from leading professionals in the construction field.
