We are pleased to present the latest edition of the CAS Report on costs in construction.
📌 This is the fourth annual CAS Report, to which, as a supplement, we publish updated cost indicators on a quarterly basis. Over these years, the Report on costs in construction has become one of the most important sources of data on the construction costs market in Poland. The report is presented as confirmation of changes in the market situation, and the published indicators are used by contractors to calculate requests for changes in remuneration or by ordering parties to verify them.
💡 This year, we decided to expand our Report to include cost indicators for the energy market, thus describing changes in costs for the four main construction sectors in Poland.
🔥At the same time, we would like to invite all interested parties to a webinar, during which our Experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Jan Gandziarowski will present the results published in the Report and present the main observations regarding cost changes in construction in 2016-2023.
