Biography
Marcin graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Geology, with a specialization in Engineering Geology, and from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Communication Engineering. He serves as a Specialist in the CAS team for project analysis. He gained his experience working in design offices as a project coordinator in the field of supervision and as a road designer in infrastructure construction projects. As a coordinator, he was responsible for coordinating and supervising the project implementation process, developing the project schedule, communicating with the contractor/investor, and resolving issues arising during the project implementation phase.
Currently, Marcin specializes in providing private opinions on timeline and technical analyses. In his analyses, Marcin assesses the impact of events on individual tasks, milestones, and project deadlines. The most frequently used analysis techniques include: Impacted as Planned, As Planned vs. As Build. The analysis is conducted in strict accordance with applicable contractual provisions.

Planning and scheduling:
- Planning and preparation of schedules at all stages of projects (general and detailed schedules);
- Reporting on work progress at all project stages;
- Analysis of plans and schedules;
- Critical path analysis of projects;
- Verification of introduced changes and their impact on project completion dates.
Preparation and defense against claims:
- Preparation of claims and defense against claims (regarding: extension of project implementation time, increase in costs related to the extension of time, additional costs of accelerating project implementation, justification and calculation of costs of additional works, costs of disruption of project implementation);
- Performing critical path analysis of projects;
- Performing a delay analysis using the following techniques: prospective (looking forward) and/or retrospective (looking back);
- In the event of delays in project implementation, costs associated with such delay will increase.
Contract administration:
- Preparation and supervision of the implementation of contract procedures;
- Managing information flow;
- Periodic monitoring of the ongoing project.
